When you have the big day on the line, you want to make sure you look great! I’ve been there myself. Not only weddings but any event would motivate you to want to look your best. It’s difficult to find a healthy and fast wedding weight loss diet that works. But you might be interested in what I’ve been doing. I’ve been on many weight loss plans and I found many of them to be impossible to keep up. Dieting can get boring. If the food isn’t exciting, then you’re going to go back to eating Big Macs and fries. How do you keep it interesting while still losing weight? That’s a good question.
There are some things you can do to make it a more interesting experience. Be sure to get natural, organic food to eat. That helps to give your body the nutrition it needs without chemicals. Preservatives, dyes and chemicals in the food we eat have been linked to obesity. How easy is it to get organic food? Very. Go to any Safeway and they have an organic shelf. The variety is enormous. For example, if you eat organic cookies, you can’t eat the whole package. The sugar and chemicals have made the food addictive but in its pure form, you can’t really pig out. Isn’t this great or what?
Also, exercise can be put into your routine. I do 15 minutes a day and target certain areas of my body. If you can do more then go for it but I can’t. The idea of doing an hour a day makes me tired. I feel little or no motivation to do this. But I can do 15 minutes.
Eating 5 smaller meals a day of lean meats, vegetables, fruits and whole grains really helps. Your metabolism increases and you have energy all day long. You’re hardly ever hungry.
