A 155 Qt Chest Cooler is an excellent addition to your tent rental or party rental. This heavy duty cooler is great for indoor or outdoor use and has a high capacity for ice and drinks. The drain cap at the base makes it easy to periodically drain some water to keep your ice dry and increase its longevity and to give you more room to keep filling up the chest cooler. An easy open top gives easy access to drinks when needed and the top will keep the ice and contents insulated when not in use. With handles on both sides, this is an easy item to transport.

This 155 St Chest Cooler is great for company picnics, graduation parties, sporting events, festivals, family reunions and so many other events! We suggest multiple troughs to separate beer, soda, and water. When filling the cooler rental, we suggest layering ice, then beverages, then ice, then beverages and so on, with a thicker layer of ice at the top and the bottom. If preparing the cooler before the party, cover it with a small blanket or beach towel to provide additional insulation until ready for use. When at all possible, keep the coolers in the shade out of direct sunlight. If that is not possible, consider renting a small pop up tent to provide shade for the coolers. A Coffee Percolator is a great rental item for parties or events where a large amount is needed to be brewed at one time. Great for festivals, church gatherings, weddings, baby or bridal showers and graduation parties alike. The coffee percolator is made of stainless steel and requires a grounded plug for brewing.

Coffee percolators are available in 55 cup and 100 cup sizes and both operate in the same manner.

Operating Instructions:

Remove the cover and basket, make sure the spigot is in the closed position.
Use cold water to fill to the marked water line inside the unit. The automatic brewing cycle is timed to begin with a cold water start.
Do not over fill or under fill.
Wet the basket to keep the coffee particles from sifting through.
Add required amount of coffee to the basket, level grounds, and place on the pump tube. The
pump tube must be resting correctly in center well in order for the unit to brew properly.
Place lid on top and turn to lock in place. The percolator will not operate correctly if the lid isn’t locked.
Plug in the unit to a grounded 120v outlet. To avoid unnecessary strain on the heating mechanism,
PLUG IN COFFEE URN AFTER THE WATER AND COFFEE ARE ADDED.
When coffee is done brewing the light will turn red and the percolator will switch to a warm setting.

For 55 cups of coffee, use 5 cups of grounds. For 100 cups of coffee, use 7.5 cups of grounds.

Champagne Fountain

The Champagne Fountain Rental has three-tiers and is available in Silver or Gold. The lighted center tier provides ambient lighting that will really make your event sparkle. We suggest having a plate of strawberries or maraschino cherries next to the Champagne Fountain to enhance the flavor of the Champagne and add to the elegance of the party. Also, make sure there are plenty of glasses around the fountain for your party guests to grab.

Excellent as a wedding rental, the fountain will add a touch of beauty and class to your event. To keep your Champagne bubbly, we recommend adding a bit more every 20 minutes or so as to not lose the carbonation. Not a fan of Champagne? That’s okay – any type of alcohol or beverage can be used in the fountain as long as it is pulp-free. A great alternative is to use a sparkling wine or cider in the fountain to serve your party guests all night long.

Tips:

5 Gallons of Champagne or Wine in a standard 750ml bottle equals about 25 bottles
Do not let the fountain run dry – unplug it or add more of your beverage
Add Champagne slowly before turning the fountain on so as not to overflow
Champagne carbonation is at its peak within the first 20 minutes of turning on the fountain but can be extended by adding more bubbly throughout the event
Chill your beverage before adding it the the fountain. To keep it cool, small cubes of dry ice may be added to the lower bowl.

Do you know why Champagne fizzes? It is because the grapes used to brew the wine frost early and never fully ferment. In the spring when it warms up, the continued fermentation in the bottle creates the bubbles!
