Angie – Non Profit Grand Opening Ceremony I have never worked with a vendor as comprehensive as Area Rental when it comes to planning a party. The non-profit organization I work with recently had an event with 1,000 people in attendance. Area Rental came out and did a site assessment with me and had a quote sent out to me before end of the day. With Wisconsin weather, I was concerned if we would have snow or heat in April and Area told me they were able to make changes on the fly – if we needed to add heaters, no problem. If we needed to remove side walls, no problem. When we compared prices, not only was Area Rental the most reasonable, but they came back to the site a 2nd time once we approved the quote to make sure WE were comfortable with everything. The installers arrived on time as planned and were extremely professional and courteous. The day of the event, the Sales Manager stopped by on a Saturday to make sure things were ok. I never even knew he did this! The takedown was just as seamless as the install and set-up. The entire organization was amazing. Once the installers arrived, the Sales Manager called me to make sure I was ok with the progress being made. He followed up with me at the end of the day and the beginning of the 2nd day to check in. I have NEVER had communication like this with a vendor before. I can’t say enough about how easy it was to work with Area Rental and how professional everyone was. We had 4 tents set-up, chairs, a stage, and the list goes on. I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the team. I will be using them for any other events that we will be having – absolutely awesome.
