The Stowaway Bar is 5 feet in length and completely fold up for portability so you can move your party wherever you want it! Once ready to use, it opens easily and provides all the features you will need for your wedding, party or high end event. The Stowaway Bar features an attractive black laminate exterior for your party guests view and a stainless steel interior in the prep area. The ice bin will easily hold 80 to 90 pounds of ice and includes a petcock valve and drainage system to keep your ice dry. The large area under the bar is perfect for storing extra supplies, and bottles while the center area is great for preparing cocktails and storing glassware. Casters on the bar allow it to easily be moved and then locked to keep the bar secure in one location at your event.

This bar is great for use indoors and outdoors. We recommend it for weddings, corporate events, receptions, and high end parties.

2 cubes of sugar
2 maraschino cherries
1 slice orange
Splash maraschino cherry juice
3 dashes of bitter
3 oz Brandy
4 oz White soda

Just add the sugar and fruit to the bottom of an old fashioned glass, add the cherry juice and bitters, muddle them them up a bit to release the juices, add cubed ice and brandy, then top off top with any white soda and enjoy!

Plywood Bar

Plywood bars are perfect for creating a rustic atmosphere for your party. Ideal for more casual events, these bars have a burnt wood grain underneath a varnished finish. These bars are made completely from finished plywood, and do not need to be covered. Although the Plywood Bar can be used both indoors and outdoors, we highly recommend them for festivals, car shows, family reunions and other outdoor events.

The actual bar size is 8′ x 24″ and measures 42″ high which is standard bar height. Great for serving drinks and add barstools for additional seating. Our Wood Barstools are a perfect addition to this rental to enhance the wood look.

Why Plywood instead of lumber? Plywood is a wood product that is prepared by wood veneers. That means very thin slices of wood that do not have thickness more than 3 mm are glued together to make plywood. To prepare plywood, the grains of adjacent plies should be at right angle to each other. It is one of most widely used wood product thanks to its greater strength, durability, shrinkage and cracking resistance. Moreover, it is less expensive and recycled wood product.

No bartender but want a bar experience? Try these easy recipes ahead of your party and serve in chilled pitchers –

Champagne Limoncello Sangria – Fill a chilled pitchers with frozen strawberries and mango chunks. In a separate container, combine 1 – 750ml bottle of your favorite champagne, 2 cups of pineapple orange juice and 3 cups of limoncello. Stir and pour into the pitchers.

Strawberry Wine Punch – Mix 1 bottle of Moscato wine and 1 can of Frozen Strawberry Daquiri Mix in a chilled pitcher and stir until combined. Top with any white soda and serve with fresh strawberries for garnish.

Our Beverage Cooler is both an elegant and dynamic way to serve guests at your next event. Great for outdoor tent parties, the 2×3 cooler rental is on wheels so it is easy to move around your party. The stand is positioned at a perfect height so guests can easily choose a beverage without having to crouch or bend over. Once in place, lock the wheels so the cooler is secure even on slightly uneven surfaces (2 lock – 2 non-locking). Capacities for this cooler are that it will fit (111) 12 oz. cans, (86) 16 oz. cans, (83) 12 oz. bottles, (64) 20 oz. bottles, or (44) 24 oz. cans. Refrigerated Beer Dispenser (Kegerator)

The Kegerator Refrigerated Beer Dispenser holds either a quarter barrel or a half barrel to serve your party guests your favorite brew. The cold environment and pressurization of the Kegerator will keep your beer fresh and carbonated for several months, but if you are having a Green Bay Packer, Milwaukee Bucks or Brewers or Wisconsin Badger party, you will not need it to last that long. Complete with a bar style dispenser and handy cup holder for pouring your frosty mugs.

Set on locking casters, it is just a quick flip of the switch to move your Kegerator around your event, then another quick flip to secure the casters in place. The Refrigerated Beer Dispenser uses a standard grounded plug. The black enamel finish and and elegant dispensing system will turn your party into a special event.

A couple of things to keep in mind to make sure your Kegerator party is a success:

If you keg has been moved around a lot of warms up prior to your event, it will take up to several hours to be ice cold and ready to pour
Open the faucet quickly and completely. Opening it only partway causes your brew to foam. Close quickly as well.
Tilt your glass when pouring your beer so it gently slides down the glass which will also prevent foam.
Frosty mugs are not recommended as the Kegerator allows you to set the beer temperature between 30 and 50 degrees. The frosty mug causes foam and freezing. If you must use a frosty mug, rinse it in warm water right before serving the beer,
Most draft systems are set from 36 to 38, but choose your temp based on your beer. Dark lagers tend to be better served a little warmer.

Super Cooler 1/4 or 1/2 Barrel

The Super Cooler rental is an excellent way to keep your 1/4 or 1/2 barrel ice cold at your party or event. The double wall of insulation will keep your draft beer ice cold and insulate the ice so there will be minimal melting. The insulated barrier also prevents condensation on the outside of your Super Cooler and it is fully sealed so it will not leak. so you can place it on any surface without worrying about a mess to clean up so you can enjoy your party.

To use the cooler, just add the keg, surround it will ice, and pop on the top until you are ready to tap! When you are ready to party, the opening in the lid is just the right size for tapping the keg and allowing easy access to the spigot while letting a minimal amount of the keg area to be exposed to outside air. The cooler does not have a drain, so when your event is over, simply remove the keg and pour out any excess ice and water.

Not a fan of tap beer? This cooler will hold 7 cases of your favorite 12 ounce cans.

A Trough Cooler is an excellent addition to your tent rental or party rental. The 100 gallon heavy duty cooler is great for indoor or outdoor use and has a high capacity for ice and drinks. In fact, it can hold 500 drinks and 344 pounds of ice! The drain cap at the base makes it easy to periodically drain some water to keep your ice dry and increase its longevity and to give you more room to keep filling up the Trough Cooler. Our cooler is 52"L x 32"W x 24" Deep.

This cooler is great for company picnics, graduation parties, sporting events, festivals, family reunions and so many other events! We suggest multiple troughs to separate beer, soda, and water. When filling the cooler rental, we suggest layering ice, then beverages, then ice, then beverages and so on, with a thicker layer of ice at the top and the bottom. If preparing the cooler before the party, cover it with a small blanket or beach towel to provide additional insulation until ready for use. When at all possible, keep the coolers in the shade out of direct sunlight. If that is not possible, consider renting a small pop up tent to provide shade for the coolers. It also creates a nice outdoor nook for your beverage service.
