Capacities for this cooler are that it will fit (111) 12 oz. cans, (86) 16 oz. cans, (83) 12 oz. bottles, (64) 20 oz. bottles, or (44) 24 oz. cans.  The dimensions of this rental item is 30″ high and 20″ wide.  The interior space for beverages is 18″ high and 15″ wide.  This cooler can also be rented to chill multiple wine bottles.  You can easily fit 9 average sized bottles.

We recommend turning on your cooler shortly before adding your beverages.  For already cold beverages, they can be added right when guests arrive.  If cooling down warm beverages, place your drinks in the running cooler several hours before guests arrive.  The adjustable temperature control gauge indicates the appropriate setting for cans or wine bottles.

The Sephra fountain requires a dedicated grounded plug for use.  The bottom basin of the bowl keeps the chocolate warm so it can easily be pulled in the center cylinder to flow over the tiers.  The flow cycle ensures the chocolate will stay a perfect liquid consistency while constantly churning the chocolate.

A few important tips:

• When choosing a location for your fountain, make sure it is not close to air conditioning or heating ducts.  If you are using it outdoors, it must be protected from wind.
• Make sure the fountain is placed on a level surface.  If it is not level, the flow of the chocolate will be uneven.
• Use only the chocolate provided by Area Rental.  Not all chocolate is designed for use in fountains as they don’t have proper oil ratios.

Excellent as a wedding rental, the fountain will add a touch of beauty and class to your event.  To keep your Champagne bubbly, we recommend adding a bit more every 20 minutes or so as to not lose the carbonation.   Not a fan of Champagne?  That’s okay – any type of alcohol or beverage can be used in the fountain as long as it is pulp-free. A great alternative is to use a sparkling wine or cider in the fountain to serve your party guests all night long.

Also a great rental item for Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, and Bridal Showers.

Tips:

• 5 Gallons of Champagne or Wine in a standard 750ml bottle equals about 25 bottles
• Do not let the fountain run dry – unplug it or add more of your beverage
• Add Champagne slowly before turning the fountain on so as not to overflow
• Champagne carbonation is at its peak within the first 20 minutes of turning on the fountain but can be extended by adding more bubbly throughout the event
• Chill your beverage before adding it the the fountain.  To keep it cool, small cubes of dry ice may be added to the lower bowl.

Do you know why Champagne fizzes?  It is because the grapes used to brew the wine frost early and never fully ferment.  In the spring when it warms up, the continued fermentation in the bottle creates the bubbles!

Tips when making Cotton Candy:

• Sugar can be added to the spinning head throughout the spinning process.  No need to turn it off and restart.
• Don’t be took eager to start twirling cones to collect the floss.  Allow a bit to build up in the machine and then start twirling.
• Flavors can be mixed together in the machine.
• If you are having difficulty collecting the candy, very slightly dampen the edge of the cone to catch the candy.
• The easiest way to bag the candy is by allowing the floss to build up, twirling it around a cone or a large spoon and inserting it the bag all at once

Some important tips to remember when you rent this item for your event:

• This item works best in a cool, shady area.  If it is too hot, the mix either will not freeze completely or take a longer time to freeze.  Smaller tent rentals are available if no shade is available for an outdoor party.
• Sufficient power is needed to run the machine.  One standard 110-115 volt 15 amp outlet should be dedicated for using the machine with nothing else sharing the plug.  If an extension cord is needed, we rent heavy duty extension cords suited to power needs of the Margarita Machine.
• Make sure you mix the water and the drink mix well before beginning to blend the drinks.

• 3/4 cup of kernels, which is equivalent to 6 ounces of kernels, will make approximately six quarts (or 24 cups or 1.5 gallons) of popped popcorn.
• 1 cup of kernels, which is equivalent to 8 ounces of kernels, will make approximately eight quarts (or 32 cups or 2 gallons) of popped popcorn.
