Description

A Charcoal Grill is a great rental for cooking for a larger crowd such as picnics, family reunions, graduation parties and festivals.  The large grilling surface will cook 40 steaks, 20 chicken halves or 60 hamburgers all at once.  A Charcoal Grill will give food a unique, smoky flavor that your event guests will enjoy.  Adding Applewood or Hickory chips to the charcoal will give the food an even more distinct flavor.

One of the advantages of using a charcoal grill is the is the ability to cook food directly or indirectly.  This is a great option for Wisconsinites as we love to fish on our many lakes and we love to grill our fish.  Invite your friends for your own Friday Fish Fry after you bring in your catch and create memories as well as perfectly grilled fish.

Tips for charcoal grilling are to keep the coals as evenly spread out and at about the same depth throughout the grill in order to avoid hot and cold spots.  Make sure someone is manning the grill at all times in order to make sure food is cooking evenly across the grills surface.  If adding more charcoal to the grill, wait for 20 to 30 minutes before resuming cooking to allow the grill to return to the proper heat for cooking.

Charcoal is not included with the grill rental.

Concession Rentals and Tent Rentals are great add-ons to your party rental.
